The Twin Tip from Polecat Designs

The Twin Tip stuffs into a small sack that can be worn around your waist.

The Twin Tip from Polecat Designs is an innovative way to easily carry your snowboard on your back.

The Twin Tip is a snowboard carrying system that attaches to the tip and tail of the snowboard, and has integrated padded backpack-type straps which allow you to carry your snowboard on your back. When you are not using the Twin Tip is stuffs into a small sack that can be worn around your waist.

The Twin Tip is easy to use, functional, and durable.

The Twin Tip is easy to use. Just pull the Twin Tip out of the stuffsack, unroll it, slide the tip and tail of your board into the sleeves, adjust the straps, and then put it on your back and go. When you reach your destination just stuff the Twin Tip into the stuffsack and strap it around your waist.

The Twin Tip is also functional. The tip and tail sleeves help keep the tip and tail of your board from getting damaged. Also, the padded backpack-type straps and sternum strap make carrying your board easy. There is also a zippered pouch in the tip sleeve where you could carry a board tool, a board lock, a small snack, etc....

The Twin Tip can accommodate almost any size board. We tested the Twin Tip with a 158cm board, but there was plenty of extra strap to accommodate even longer boards.

We also tested the Twin Tip on a board with step-in bindings. The Twin Tip is great for anyone who rides with step-ins and wants to carry a board on their back. Most backpack board carriers use straps to secure the board to the backpack, and if you use step-ins sometimes the straps can slip over the step-ins which will cause the board to fall off the backpack. But, the Twin Tip attaches to the board at the tip and tail so there are no straps for the step-in bindings to slip over.

The Twin Tip can also be used with Polecat Designs Solitude backpack, or their Lowrider fanny pack.

The Twin Tip is durable. The tip and tail sleeves are made of 1,000 Denier Cordura and lined with TXN 14. Also, the straps are made of a nylon webbing material.

Overall, the Twin Tip is easy to use, functional, and durable. The Twin Tip is great for short hikes, for those walks from the parking lot to the lift line, or even for those walks across runs; and when you are not using your Twin Tip is stuffs into a small sack that can be worn around your waist.
